Ball End Shoe

Ball End Shoe

3.00

This style ball end shoe was found on late 1870's and early 1800's New York banjos. Probably originally made by Buckbee. I was inspired to make them by E. Hammig banjos that I have seen them on. Threaded 8-32 and require a two step hole drilled in the rim. Threaded shaft is .312. I drill a 7/32" hole through the rim and then a 7/16' hole 7/32" deep.
