Banjo #363

Banjo 363 is the first banjo to get the new through bolt ball end shoes. This style shoe was used by banjo makers in the late 1870’s through the early 1890’s. E. Hammig, Henry Dobson, George Dobson, and various Buckbee banjos used these.

This banjo is an 11” all cherry Spartan with a Dobson tone ring.  It went to New Haven, CT.
